Our Canary Wharf location, nestled under the DLR, features 85 seats and an adjoining SOMA 2.0 bar, reflecting the minimalist, award-winning design of our original Soho bar.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Chef De Partie who takes ownership of their section, maintains high standards of food safety and consistency, and supports the wider team in delivering exceptional dishes. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to teamwork are essential, along with previous experience in a professional kitchen environment.
